FATSSSA ELECTION RESULTS’ 25

On Friday, the 21st of November, 2025, the Faculty of The Social Sciences Students’ Association (FATSSSA) held its 2024/2025 election to usher in new executives for the session ahead. Students from different departments of the Faculty contested for various positions. 

The election which was an online exercise began at 9 a.m and ended at 4 p.m. A total of 318 votes out of 642 eligible voters was recorded after the election. The following aspirants emerged successful; Peter Sunday Adegoke (Patriot) who ran for the position of the Faculty's President clinched a total of 265 votes, Ayodele Oyinkansola Faith (Emunah) who ran for the position of the General Secretary had a total of 129 votes, Ejike Precious Mmesomma (Sommachi) who ran for the position of the Public Relations Officer had a total of 279 votes and Adeyemi Israel Edward (Dr Yes) who ran for the position of the Assistant General Secretary had a total of 242 votes.
