  Good News for 'AGBOWOITES' as Oyo House of Ass Moves motion to curb illegal House Agent Charges by sonofhumanity The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt. Honourable Adebo Ogundoyin, has on Tuesday called for urgent needs to curb illegal charges and extortions by Estate Agents. In a motion moved by the Speaker himself and his colleague, Hon. Babajide Adedayo representing Ibadan North 2, during the Tuesday plenary, the Lawmakers noted it is rather becoming difficult these days for prospective tenants to rent houses or shops without going through an agent. Babajide said "there is a need for the state government through the ministry of land, housing and physical development and other professional bodies like The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and Association of Estate Agents of Nigeria to regulate and bring some sanity into the practice" "All their charges are rather too high and exploitative, there is a need to reduce the activitie

  The UI SU Beauty Pageantry show     In 2017, the authorities of the University of Ibadan  accused the Ojo Aderemi led Union of disrupting academic activities by carrying out a massive protest against the non-issuance of id cards, condemning the unruly behaviour. The students union was then suspended on may 30,2017 till further notice. On August 30, 2019, the student Union was then reinstated and Akeju Olusegun emerged as the president.  The student Union has since been on a smooth ride as various activities are being envisioned. one of these is the beauty pageantry show the highly anticipated ''Mr and Miss UI". It is here again and is meant to take place on the 25th of September, 2021.
