OPINION: CORRUPTION AND ANTI-GRAFT WAR IN NIGERIA
By John Bukunmi Corruption is difficult to define. In other words, it is an elusive and ambiguous phenomenon whose household and universal characteristics make it difficult to define. However, a comprehensive definition should address the "who, what, when, where, and how of corruption." One of the critical challenges facing the entire globe is the menace of corruption. Its prevalence is spare policy in both developed and developing countries, although the level of magnitude varies. Corruption is a malaise not only for one country but for other countries alike . It is a vice that undermines cross-cultural, cross-temporal and cross-national boundaries.
