You've probably heard the adage breakfast is the most important meal of the day a million times before; but it turns out that it may be true, especially when it comes to students. Eating a healthy breakfast before starting the school day is linked to improved concentration, better test scores, increased energy, a higher intake of vitamins and minerals, and even a healthier body weight. Breakfast is especially important for young students whose brains use up about half of the bodys energy.  Improved Concentration Students who eat a healthy breakfast tend to have better concentration than students who skip breakfast altogether. When the day starts with breakfast, students can focus on the task at hand better and become less distracted by outside influences and other students. There are several causes of tooth decay which include: Excessive consumption of sugary foods Plague formation-by the combination of saliva, bacteria, acids and remains of food particles in the mouth Symptoms of tooth decay Tooth ache Stains on the teeth Appearance of cavities Increased tooth sensitivity(you feel pain or discomfort when you take cold/hot foods) Tooth loss  How to prevent tooth decay Practice good oral hygiene(brush your teeth regularly, use a good and clean toothbrush, use a toothpaste that contains fluoride) Limit consumption of sugary foods/beverages Use dental floss(helps to remove remains of food particles between the teeth) Go for dental checkups at least twice a year.

There are a lot of things we experience in our bodies that actually require less effort than we put into them. Nature has furnished us with all that we need to live healthy lives. God has made it easy for us to access nature.
