UI SRC Probes UI SU over failure to Call for Congress

The 11th Assembly, Students Representative Council has sent out a correspondence to the office of the Students Union president, University of Ibadan today , 9th of August, 2024 requesting for an update regarding the Call for Congress and School Fees Increment.  

 

The correspondence was tagged with the title ‘ Request for update concerning the call for congress and Issue of school fees increment ‘’ . 

 

The 11th assembly is concerned with the non-forthcoming Congress which should have been held by the Students Union especially due to the fact that  the Call for Congress has been validated by the signatures of 250 members of the students community .  

 

In addition , the Council has also demanded for a briefing on the Students Union’s position and endeavours in attending to the issue of school fees increment in the University  

 

 Furthermore, The Students Representatives Council has stated Monday ,12th of August , 12:00pm as  an ultimatum  for the submission of a feedback on these issues by the Sudents Union .
