It is very important to maintain a balanced diet

REST WELL
Sleep helps to rest your brain and is vital for your mental health
Keep in sync with your body’s natural sleep-wake cycles
Improve your sleep environment and make sure your bed is comfortable.

KEEP FIT
Establish a routine for exercise
If the gym isn’t your thing, you can try running, join dance classes or a sports team.
