DINO MELAYE SET TO RELEASE BOOK ON CORRUPTION

Controversial Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial District, Sen. Dino Melaye has announced the release of his new book titled, "Antidotes for Corruption: the Nigerian story"


The Senator took to his Instagram handle today, at about 11:09pm to make the announcement which met with mixed reactions from his followers. He captioned the picture, "kill corruption". While some of his followers sang his praise others criticised him and even called him names.



An Instagram user by the handle koinzino had this to say in the comment section, "in order to kill corruption, sell all the assets you bought with government money.." (sic)

Another user, tashaolu, replied "to be honest Nigeria cannot survive without corruption"

iam_hd7 said, "Welcome sir..you are an epitome of success.. The whole youths look upto you." (sic)

According to the post by the senator who also just recently, escaped assasination by gunmen in his home state, the book is scheduled to launch on March 15, 2017. Whether this is a typographical error (because we're past March and in April already) or not, we're not certain but one thing is almost certain, Dino Melaye will never cease to surprise Nigerians.

THE FATSSSA WEEK EVENTS THROUGH THE EYES OF A NERDY FATSSSAITE

However, there had been loud hiccups with the crispy picnic, so many might have been hesitant to show up at the FATSSSA Week events. In preparation for the opening day of the events, the Large Lecture Theatre had been decorated. A large purple banner bearing the name of the faculty, with beautiful splashes of white and orange, was glued to the wall. The week started with an incredible intellectual programme - ‘Dean For  A Day’ and ‘FATSSSAites who inspire us’.
