BOUND BY STRANGE DESIRES

Image
Her waist was encircled In your arms. She laughed, mouth agape, as your fingers danced with delight, Atop her belly button. Your intrigue held her bound Like a spell. But it was you who was under a spell. You watched her undo her covering And your eyes were fed full. Yet something in you, Stronger than you, wanted more! So you plunged forward with desire. You felt her tenderness And you couldn't stop the thoughts, Nor the actions that followed. The experience was ecstatic Yet you felt empty afterwards. Adigun's description of the feeling, of the unimaginable experience All turned out to be an oversell! You pick up you clothes, Make for the door But you're drawn back by her allure Like a serpent, you glide your way Next to her unsheathed body. You'd rather feel empty One more time. Or two more, Or many more times. © GIFT UZOR (PROF GEE)

IF YOU DESIRE A SLIM, FIT LOOK, TRY THESE.

Image
It has not escaped my notice that there is an increase in the rush for fad diets. Slim/thin is the new vogue. Every lady (‘guys sef’) want to fit inside size 6. Na wa o. Anyways, while not encouraging you to starve yourselves, and just to help avoid overweight, I have decided to bring some of these ‘wonder foods’ closer to you. So if the stress of UI has not done enough to keep you slim and fit, then you can try any or all of these (Not that being robust and plump is bad anyway). Remember, moderation is best for everything we do. HOT CHILI PEPPERS They have a flavourless chemical called capsaicin, which curbs appetite and speed up metabolism slightly, but only for a short while. Because it is spicy, you are less likely to eat more food, which is the point with eating hot peppers. Yoruba chics will dig this (*winks*) GREEN TEA Several studies suggest that green tea may promote weight loss by stimulating the body to burn fat. Green tea contains catechins that may briefly affect me...

VOX POP: CAN YOU DATE SOMEONE OLDER?

Image
The issue of women dating younger men and men dating older women have been the subject of debate for a long time. Some people see no big deal in the issue while other people see it as a very big issue. More women in this part of the world are embracing dating and even marrying men who are a lot younger than them. We have celebrities like Kaffy who is 8 years older than her husband, Joseph Ameh, Lola and Peter Okoye, Toyin Lawani and Trigga etc. We decided to throw the question to some Fatsssaites, here are their wonderful responses. Enjoy!!!

THEY COME KNOCKING

Image
In what seems to be a rapid turn of events and a quick repetition of sunrise and sunset, days have piled up against each other to become weeks and weeks upon themselves to become months. It seems we started the session barely a few weeks ago yet with the tests knocking on our doors, we are forced to come to terms with the bitter truth that we’re in actual terms, deep into this session. And yes, this is the ninth week. If you didn’t know this before now, well, now you know. With all the hustle and bustle that comes with registrations in the first weeks, we won’t be surprised if suddenly you’ve lost track of time but hey, you have us here to slap you back to reality. Of a certain not just a handful of Fatsssaites are yet to secure a place to retire to after each day of stress in their respective halls of residence. In Indy hall for example, students whose accommodation requests had been approved are yet to get rooms owing to lack of bed spaces. And while some have improvised ...

ZIKITES REPAIR AND COMMISSION ZIK BRIDGE Zikites on Sunday 10th April went on a community development project or repairing the bridge by the river Zik. The bridge had been left to shreds by the tortuous rain and was in dire need of intervention by any means if easy plying of that route was to be a considered an option, especially for females. It was in this bid that the Baluba lions through the office of the Defence commissioner and well meaning Zikites set out to repair their fallen bridge which services a good number of Uites. The bridge was commissioned by the cheerful Zikites at the end of all the hard work put into the restoration. fatsssa press RANCOUR IN NSASA The National Sociology and Anthropological Students Association (NSASA) of the Social Sciences is in a state of rancor in what happens to be a power tussle between the speaker of the NHR and the President of the said association.
