Oleksandr Usyk shocked the world by defeating the Nigerian Boxing Champion Anthony Oluwaseyi Joshua, by unanimous decision to take his belts.
The 12-rounds interesting boxing did not come through the Nigerian's way right from the ringing of the first bell.
Usyk produced this stunning performance at Tottenham Hotspur stadium, right inside London. This defeat now makes the prospect of AJ VS FURY unsure and in tatters, as some have dubbed Usyk's victory as the beginning of a new era.

The Ukranian outperformed the Briton for the majority of the fight, showing off the skills that allowed him to dominate the cruiserweight division but going up in weight.

However, there is a rematch clause, with Joshua – who has now won 24 and lost two of his professional bouts – having previously lost his belts when beaten by Andy Ruiz in New York in June 2019 only to regain the titles in a rematch in Saudi Arabia six months later.

The Ukrainian proved fluid with light and fast feet, which made him too difficult for his heavier counterpart to get.Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn said his fighter had given Usyk too much respect and would have to make "fundamental changes" to regain his titles.

"We knew it [defeat] could happen if he didn't get it right, and he didn't get it right," Hearn told BBC Radio 5 Live. "He took too many shots early and Usyk was more aggressive than I thought he would be and he was the deserved winner. "Tony Bellew's comments about overthinking, and it fatiguing you, were right. It is like these last three or four days you get spellbound by Usyk and you end up giving him too much respect and that becomes a problem."

Hearn said Joshua was already thinking about how to beat Usyk next time. "He is going to go away and all he will do is think about Oleksandr Usyk. He will be thinking 'how can I beat him, how can I improve?' He is obsessed with improving," said Hearn. "I just feel there is so much more Anthony Joshua in that fight but he will have to do a lot more in the rematch to be victorious."
