the beginning of the session.

• Clash of time and venue for tutorials with Saturday GES Classes.

• Inadequate Twitter and Instagram engagement to attract potential sponsors.

• Lack of adequate ‘cash-giving’ sponsorship.

RECOMMENDATION

Management.

• Adequate database of members should be gotten through departmental offices.

• Early proposal for Night Reading from the beginning of the session with convincing reasons.

• Proper time scheduling for tutorials as well as additional days for tutorials.

• Early commencement of sponsorship with more targets as ‘cash-giving’ sponsors.

• Adequate Twitter and Instagram engagement to attract potential sponsors.

• Ensuring more efficient communication with departmental heads to adequately involve all FATSSSAites

in the association’s activities.

APPRECIATION

Coming this far has been made possible by God, who helped us to survive the good moments and the bad moments

and we can only remain grateful. The heroes of this administration year have been the very people who we tried

to ensure that their votes count. Some heartfelt appreciation can only be contained by words spoken by a loud

silence; it has been a rare privilege serving FATSSSA.

The commendable efforts and support rendered by the FATSSSA House of Representatives is not one to be

sidelined as they have only proven to be partners in progress and not enemies of progress. The Leadership of the

House has ensured to take equal concern for the success of the administration. In the same vein, is the fatherly

and motherly support we have enjoyed from the Faculty Management, under the leadership of the Dean, Prof.

Peter Olapegba as well as other principal officers. They have chosen to treat us more than students but also as

their children – something we are immensely grateful for.

Conclusively, we register our appreciation to all the arms of the Faculty for effectively performing their functions

amidst many constraints and for representing the association well on the University Campus. Likewise, to all of

our sponsors, both individual and corporate, for their recognizable support in the course of our administration.

These are relationships built and that we hope to sustain for the coming administrations too. It was because of

their support that it didn’t become too obvious that the association was in a despicable state with regards to funds.

CONCLUSION

The Indelible Impact journey has been a rough ride albeit an enjoyable one full of many junctions for learning.

The feats would not have been made possible without FATSSSAites and so this is a glory for all. We came out

with beautiful plans, many of which we gave our best and ensured we achieved and some others that we couldn’t.

In all of these, we have ensured to live up to our ultimate goal, which is to bring our association from its previous

disrepute into being reckoned with in the University of Ibadan. We also sought to go beyond the status quo of

yearly non-profiting activities into one with lasting effects which is the indelible nature of the impact we were

after.

While we may have failed in some regards, we plead your forgiveness and do not claim to have been perfect. Our

association is one forged on the efforts of so many quarters and of which must be upheld. Thus, we urge that you

pledge your support more than you did to us, for the coming administration. We share sentiments in the belief

that “Success without a successful successor is merely a failure” and so we believe the coming administration

would surpass us and we would be ready to aid that. Let’s continue to do more for the advancement of humanity.

GOD BLESS FATSSSA, UI. Thank you!

Yours faithfully,

ADELEKE, John Akinloye OKE, Emmanuel Ayomide
