FATSSSA Press has on the 13th of September, confirmed the appointment of Dr. Busari, a lecturer from the Department of Sociology, as the Staff Adviser for the organization. The appointment was made as part of the Press Organization's efforts to implement organizational restructuring and foster administrative efficiency.
Dr. Busari was appointed as Staff Adviser due to his nuanced understanding of the inner workings of the press.
In his words, he stated, "As a Staff Adviser for FATSSSA Press, I recognize the significant responsibility that comes with this appointment. I am eager to leverage this opportunity to shape the narrative and strategic thinking of our press team while honing their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Moreover, I am committed to promoting high ethical standards and integrity among our members. I believe that this role offers a challenging yet rewarding chance to shape public discourse, build meaningful relationships, and make a positive impact within the faculty and beyond."
Expressing satisfaction with the appointment, the Faculty Press Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Emmanuel Akinwale, described the appointment as "novel" in the organizational structure of the Faculty Press. He further reiterated his belief that the appointment is a pointer to greater things to come for the Faculty Press.
